Episode 89 – Chapters 54-58 of Words of Radiance by Brandon Sanderson

In this episode Adolin and Kaladin make complete idiots of themselves. Adolin’s failure to grammar nearly costs him his life in the dueling ring. Kaladin’s failure to read the room leads to his arrest. These are the heroes we deserve.

Shallan puts herself in danger, but manages a much better showing. She encounters Mraize, who….if we’re being honest…is the second best Dr. Frank N Furter, after Tim Curry. Shallan learns a little more about the players beyond the Shattered Plains.

The statue smasher is Hoid’s Girlfriend.
Urithiru is in the PureLake.
Shards are splinters from some greater cosmere power, that come to specific planets and power the magic systems.
Kaladin’s failure to turn in Graves is going to have a grave impact. Get it!
