Episode 77 – Chapters 8-12 of Words of Radiance by Brandon Sanderson

This episode is all wet! Dalinar makes a fool of himself. Shallan washes ashore. Only Kaladin seems to make any positive headway. As sections go, not the best. But, we had fun podcasting anyway.

In the next episode we will cover the four interludes between Part One and Part Two.

Predictions:

Dalinar is going to offer Kaladin a Shardblade just like Amaram did, and Kaladin is going to freak out.
It can’t be as simple as “The Parshmen are the Voidbringers.” As in, “here are the bad guys….now go kill them.” We are in the beginning of the second book. Even if we think that this story will be wrapped up in book five…this would be like showing us “whodunnit” 7 minutes into an episode of Law and Order.
Shallans father locked her away for the safety of others.
