In this episode Kvothe trains hard for the 1984 San Dimas Regional Karate Championship, but ultimately gets his butt handed to him by a 10 year old. We learn more about Ademic culture and history. Also, it seems that they know something about the Chandrian, but they aren’t talking. Kvothe has to fight to save his pinkies!
Stick around to the end find out why we’re big in Japan…not really.
Predictions:
- Celean is Penthe’s daughter.
- The Adem were driven from their initial homeland by events from the creation war.
- The Poet King that Vashet references will somehow be tied to Kvothe’s sword being named Kaysera.
- Denna has already met Vashet.
Next week will be covering chapters 118 through 126.
